Demented Peacocks and Shooting Gallery Jack in the Boxes

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

May your noses always be cold and wet, or I'll get suspicious (grin).

I can't mention Mr. Apocalypse often enough for my tastes. He's putting his back into it! He's rowing with a will and hammering on the waters of substance and experience. Yowsah! Oorah! Marines don't leave Marines behind, or is it, Marine don't mess with Marines behinds? I can't get it straight, probably because I am straight, though somewhat bent, by my continuing adjustments to the world, as well as my need to apologize over and over for not being Politically Correct, which invariably gives me the dry heaves; not the apology but the Political Correctness.

There's several, interesting things taking place. They are all connected behind the scenes. The pedophilia exposures, are dovetailing with an international awareness of the rank odor of Banker Nation's interference in domestic affairs and elections throughout The West and maybe everywhere. It is as if, all on it's own, a clear perception is emerging about civilizations most diabolical enemy. That's Mr. Apocalypse folks. He's not just hammering on the waters of substance and experience. He's hammering on consciousness and comprehension as well. Don't think that those in the cross-hairs of the lenses of exposure don't know about all of this, they do. One might call it almost an animal instinct for pending retribution. It pings on the survival zone, of those for whom material culture, is the be all and end all. Of course, this kind of mindset accounts for all the success on that plane. Whatever you are fully committed to, you succeed at, within the dimensions of the demographic and... given what the archetypal reactions to that particular dance might be.

Let us consider the material world, which most of the people who come here, already recognize as a stage and that we are all players “having our exits and entrances” (scanning... scanning... for errors that a 7th grader wouldn't make. C'mon Visible, get it together!). Yes, most of us know that, “all the world's a stage”. What we sometimes might not know, is that there are boundaries to the perimeters, which are manned by archetypes, who maintain a particular consistency within the geometrical and geographical limitations of the landscape. You can think of these archetypes, as polarities that act upon each other and may at times, resolve into yet another one, from across and between the poles. They are vibrating verities that maintain the conditions of the moment, through all moments that we have. Our ability to recognize the ceaseless interplay, has a great deal to do with whether we succeed in life or fail, according to the true measure of success. It's ain't what it's generally presented as. The usual route of misinterpretation, of what is real, usually results in spectacular failure, or simple generic failure because the usual state of common humanity is a blue plate special of skewed values, which are grafted on to their awareness, by the world that chews them up and spits them out.

Why is epidemic buggery the functioning liturgy of The Catholic Church? Why is just about every religion all fucked up about sex (pun intended)? This accounts for the majority of people being all hung up about sex and censorious of it, as well as fiercely judgmental about the people who are not hung up, unless it's the hedonistic profligacy of those who do all kinds of shit from a position of authority. Confusing people about sex, makes it possible to drive them with the whips of guilt. It is why alcohol is the operative, world-wide comestible. Nothing creates more guilt than alcohol and nothing leaves you in worse situations in the aftermath. An argument can be made in this day and age for Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Heroin, though prescription drugs kill many times more people ...but alcohol is the queen of the day and night. It's all about guilt. Guilt invariably amplifies fear. Fear is a Hell of a motivator, when it isn't intended as a motivation killer.

We could get out of this vicious cycle, if we weren't so susceptible to the carrot and the stick. We just keep motoring along for the unreachable carrot, while guilt and fear whip our asses onward. Where's the serenity in that?

It's been mentioned here, a time or two about the historical record, as mutilated and reconstructed as it may be. Most people don't have a deep sense of history. They are unread about huge swaths of time, though they might be somewhat aware of some of the many, many hideous circumstances that have gone down over time. Those of us who are, perhaps, a little more aware of things, like violent invasions, revolutions ...and things like the trench warfare of WW1 and any number of disasters that were telegraphed ahead of time... we ask ourselves, why did they hang around, given what followed? Sure, in some cases they were hemmed in but, in many cases they were in a position to get out of Dodge. They did not do this and you can trace nearly all of that inaction to some form of attachment. This is what keeps people consistently hanging around for their own torment and demise. It's what gives people a mortal perspective in the first place. Most people have no clue whatsoever what is possible for them. The potential is limitless. The potential is measurably limitless, whatever that means (grin).

I've mentioned the capacity for objective awareness and reasoning many times. I've done so because it is a very important ability to possess. The world and those who serve it, are much engaged in compromising people's ability to exercise objective awareness and reasoning. They are engaged in imprinting false information to begin with. After a time, the mind tends to accept total lies, simply because they are ubiquitous and so often repeated. You have to question everything. One of the reasons I was so enamored of psychedelics, for such a long space of time, was because they acted like a rocket booster that blew me right out of the confines of what is (as far as I am concerned) known euphemistically, as normal life. WTF is that? Now, until very recently, I hadn't taken psychedelics for a couple of years but much earlier on, I took them every chance I got because I did not want to be trapped in the world I saw around me. Given my persistence on various levels, relentlessly, I am now not trapped in this common world, either physically or consciousness wise. It's there but I'm not. I can't say one hundred percent of the time but I don't say 100% about anything, usually.

The level of spite and “fuck you, no matter how it makes me look” is a feature of these transforming times. Dreadful irony prances like a demented peacock in people's faces and... do they get it? Maybe something like this is responsible. Well, I will present with verification an uncomfortable truth and implore all of you to adopt the Boy Scout motto as a visceral reality. Be prepared, should 100% of the time, dictate, “be aware' as well”.

Lies are manufactured by the hour, quite often to support failed and indifferent product, as if telling you something is good, makes it so. I saw this piece of crap and it 'ranks' with the worst of the series ever to hit the big screen. It's muddled, confusing, plot challenged and poorly directed. The death of M got the kind of treatment you would give to some bit player who was in for a moment and out for another. Obviously, if you are a film buff, this piece of excrescence couldn't occupy the same room with the recent remake of Casino Royale. The only good thing you can say about it was that Javier Bardem showed some decent acting chops, independent and apart from all the bad writing and all the other abortions of the process. Why did I digress like this into some seemingly unrelated thing? Is it unrelated? Did you question my assumption based on my experience of the film? Good. Question everything, except the fact that there is an indefinable unity, underlying all things. Of course you are welcome to question that too. I don't, not no way and not no how and that is why I don't have to stand around confused about all the multiplicities, vying for singularity, like shooting gallery Jack in The Boxes and neither do you, unless that's part of your way of doing things and getting done at the same time.

(scanning... scanning for something less than a 7th grade effort in this unremarkable post... scanning. Damn! Get it together! Be a man! Go ahead, whip it out and wave it around. Why do you think they made trench coats in the first place?) I'm amusing myself. You can take that any way you like. Since I don't know how you like to take it and since I don't want to have to give reign to my imagination, in that regard, I'll just whistle on past the graveyard here and hope The Headless Horseman don't show up. I did used to get compared to Ichabod Crane but not in a long time now. The tale says he moved to another country and became a judge.

♫When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, Let it be♫ (scanning... scanning). So, my suggestion is to never accept anything, until it proves itself to you. In the Yoga Aphorisms of Patanjali (I prefer the Alice Bailey edition, though those of you who get all worked up about Lucis Trust might not) there is reference made to restraining the Chitta. This is a lot like my practice of snorting, when thoughts enter your head, given you don't know the provenance or what internal airport they took off from. This leads to an unbroken flow of knowledge, transmitted from the object under consideration. This is what I mean by never accepting anything until it proves itself to you. It will and you should remember that this is the time of Mr. Apocalypse. Familiarize yourself with what he does. Many of us think ourselves familiar with all of his aspects but make sure, look into it. Make yourself aware that he is in action right now and profit from the positive aspect of his multi-dimensional activities. There are positive aspects and you are personally on his mind. Get that mind meld operational.

In masonicly undefined revenues
Of unreflecting diffusement
distracted streams of unfourtune bound
In dislocation of the perversion
Castrated in habitual complexity
Consuming itself over and over
On and on into nowhere

Thought guilt
Retarded in the Masonic perversion
Deluge
Unpardoning the synchronistic disconnection
Bled from an unstable mind

An unreflection,,raped by inconsistency
And the desire for illusion,,

Or something or other,,,,
Gatekeepers troll their own abomination
In the hope of retaining some vanity through
Their own destruction
Jahbulon meaningless needless

Oh you are right, Visible - this is a good one!

As many times as I've been wrong, I'm going to say that you seem to be in a good mood, and this time I have evidence to back me up. I do hope I'm right.

Will be back later with comments for others and perhaps some thoughts about the deeper meaning of your message. For now, know that I enjoyed today's Petri Dish thoroughly, and did a lot of laughing. That's never a bad thing.

Speaking of scanning, I should have done that myself - I saw the damaging effects of an unnoticed auto-correct in a recent comment. I've begged Sim to fix it, if he is able. ;)

Many thanks for today's treasure...

mostly what I like about your style is your ineffable ability to be honest with yourself first...

and also mostly because your vocabulary reflects that you have in fact read books others have not even heard of...

"Gaydream Believer"

(A musical parody, based on the song, "Daydream Believer", by John Stewart, made popular by the Monkees.)

Oh, I could hide, 'neath the bling
Of Madonna as she sings
The parliamentary pedos would agree
But when they call, I arise
Wipe the sex out of my eyes
The MP's razor's cold, and it stings...

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

You once thought of me
As a sex doll on your knee
Now I know how twisted you can be
Oh, and your good times start and end
When you steal from a play pen
But how many kids do you really need...

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

Cheer up, creepy Gene
Oh what can it mean
To a gaydream believer
And a phone-cumming queen?

Mas and Mas Visible
Poetry and comedy in prose, much thanks.
Laughter brought tears, and tears brought on deeper emotions that brought on more tears.
Truly insanity rules this world, the kettles calling the stainless surgical steel pots black.
Today's Petri Dish seems to be reflecting into Smoking Mirrors the reflections of anyone who looks more deeply into it.
Your 'somewhat unusual' sense of humour is much appreciated, certainly more welcome, although similarly accurate in the message, as the righteous indignation of some of the previous articles. Heck, dignity is a virtue, most lacking in today's world, Righteous indignation thus misses the point to some , as there are often lack os receptors, due to lack of dignity in the first place. But then what do i know?

In the meantime , if all the actors on the stage play well their parts, more or less infused and conscious of the archtypes, well the play will be successful in this Dramatic and Hazardous Universe of ours.

Question everything - sound wisdom, indeed. The remake of Casino Royale was the best Bond film every made, hands-down, nothing has ever come close (in my opinion). I have not seen "Skyfall", nor will I see it, until it comes out on TV. Why? Every review by the Lamestream Media has been glowing to the point of heavy-handedness. That's always a red flag to me. When the paid shills go overboard on ANYTHING, it's a lie. Then, I scanned some comments about the film at YouTube, posted by the common man. And they were about 80/20 to the negative. Ah. There's the truth. In typical, formulaic fashion, they just put some perfume behind a pig's ear, dress it up in a glittery dress, and tell the world it's a beauty queen. Same old shit, different day.

Speaking of questioning everything, I see the usual patterns here, in regards to the recent pedophilia revelations. I suspect this is all a limited hangout (intelligence agency term; which means, "to let a small portion of a larger operation 'hang out', so as to keep the rest of it hidden"). Whether or not this will backfire on the perpetrators or not, remains to be seen. But I think it won't (backfire). When you can get away with stealing and murdering an ungodly high percentage of children without their parents and their parents' friends coming after you with mayhem in mind (think Belgium here, and the Marc Dutroux affair), you can pretty much get away with anything. When you can deliberately destroy entire economies via both economic warfare and standard, military warfare (and destroy large swaths of the population in the process), and the plebes don't even murmur in protest, you can pretty much get away with anything.

Eventually we just have to face it - the sheeple love their servitude. They have no desire to break free or wake up. They willingly offer their children as sexual fodder to the perverted Satanist button-pushers at the top of the greasy flagpole. They willingly offer those same children to the same monsters, as cannon fodder to their myriad wars. They salute the flag and stand at ballgames, whenever their country's national anthem is played. They are programmed killers and snitches and yee-haw sex junkies and they run from truth like bankers run from the hangman.

So let 'em rot. It's all a play, anyway, and we're just stuck here on the stage for a while, looking for an exit (some of us anyway).

Survival of the fittest. Caveat emptor. Hit the road, Jack, and don't you come back no more...

Glad you had a good trip (trip!) and are back safe man.

I had a weird experience at heathrow back in probably 98-2000 or so.... just sitting somehow my ticket would be gone from my pants pocket and an announcement over the pa would come asking me to go pickup my ticket. The odd bit was that while waiting in that airport for my departing flight, this happened 3 times with my having stopped to sit at various different places in the airport. The last time I didn't notice till I went to board the plane that I no longer had it yet again. I was left standing at the gate wondering how I'd yet again had my tickets dissappear on me, since each of the two times before I'd placed them in more secure spots to make sure I wouldn't lose them. After all had boarded a flight attendant just showed up with the tickets and asked if I was he. fortunately I was, and off I flew home.

I'd traveled a lot in my early career and been to various places in asia and europe for work and that was the first and last time such a thing had ever happened to me. Come to think of it, that trip was an odd one in its fullness. I was there for a week to install and demonstrate a softswitch for some interested corporation and the hardware hadn't cleared customs... and all week I was stuck at the hotel awaiting a call to go into the office and do the needful. It didn't come until friday morning, and I flew out saturday, so it was a hurried affair, but accomplished nonetheless, and the guys at the corporation were polite enough to go drop me back at the hotel, which they did, but for some reason they determined to back out and rearended a concrete post which put a largish dent in their vehicles backside. I was stonefaced as I watched it all happen and didn't allow a slight grin and chuckle till I was inside the hotel. So perhaps the airport escapade just seemed like a continuation of the interrupted normalcy. However your comments brought it back to mind... so thought I'd share.

Glad ur back safe, hope the trip to India is an enjoyable one. Thats one I'd like to make at some point meself. Take care man.

I would start questioning that elephant at the end with 6 arms - or is it 4 arms and 2 legs? - before questioning anything else. Of course, if you come from North Africa or Australia, you would start by questioning a camel with 4 humps, 2 arms and no legs (especially if your name is Sheila) - give or take. On the other hand (or all 6, if you prefer), you might start by questioning yourself and accept everything else for what it is. After all, it is what it is, isn't it?!

Mr. Apocalypse is really getting to the ultimate basis of the material world.
As he pulls the covers off of Germany's gold stash at the US Fed, he reveals a big pile of nothing!
Watch as this sends rats scurrying about the globe to seek their own 'precious', to find empty paper wrappings that only yesterday were sacred promises - as good as gold.
Can't beat this stuff with a stick.
Thanks for the framework and the patient education Visible.

vis, time sound like a wind in my ears ,rippling, distorting my memories .
Time and circumstance like a knife cutting away at a thousand moments.

I turn to a song,(sang by Freddy mercury of queen fame),that speaks to me about a thousand things .

Streets Of Philadelphia

I was bruised and battered and I couldnt tell
What I felt
I was unrecognizable to myself
I saw my reflection in a window I didn't know
My own face
Oh brother are you gonna leave me
Wastin´away
On the streets of Philadelphia

I walked the avenue till my legs felt like stone
I heard the voices of friends vanished and gone
At night I could hear the blood in my veins
Black and whispering as the rain
On the streets of philadelphia

Aint no angel gonna greet me
Its just you and I my friend
My clothes don't fit me no more
I walked a thousand miles
Just to slip the skin

The night has fallen, Im lying awake
I can feel myself fading away
So receive me brother with your faithless kiss
Or will we leave each other alone like this
On the streets of philadelphia

No words can smooth the rough road some of us have traversed or the build a ladder skyward only our prayers should they be heard .

"And here’s the thing.

It turns out I didn’t actually like my old life nearly as much as I thought I did. I know this now because I occasionally catch up with my old colleagues and work-mates. They fall over each other to enthusiastically show me the latest project they’re working on. Ask my opinion. Proudly show off their technical prowess (which is not inconsiderable.) I find myself glazing over but politely listen as they brag about who’s had the least sleep and the most takeaway food. “I haven’t seen my wife since January, I can’t feel my legs any more and I think I have scurvy but another three weeks and we’ll be done. It’s got to be done by then The client’s going on holiday. What do I think?”

What do I think?

I think you’re all fucking mad. Deranged. So disengaged from reality it’s not even funny. It’s a fucking TV commercial. Nobody gives a shit.

This has come as quite a shock I can tell you. I think, I’ve come to the conclusion that the whole thing was a bit of a con. A scam. An elaborate hoax.

Countless late nights and weekends, holidays, birthdays, school recitals and anniversary dinners were willingly sacrificed at the altar of some intangible but infinitely worthy higher cause. It would all be worth it in the long run…

This was the con. Convincing myself that there was nowhere I’d rather be was just a coping mechanism. I can see that now. It wasn't really important. Or of any consequence at all really. How could it be. We were just shifting product. Our product, and the clients. Just meeting the quota. Feeding the beast as I called it on my more cynical days.

So was it worth it?

Well of course not. It turns out it was just advertising. There was no higher calling."

Vis: "Most people have no clue whatsoever what is possible for them. The potential is limitless."

For some reason, my bellringer on that is the "Titanic" disaster. I understand that the mindset then was the mindset then, and all of that. Nevertheless, so much could have been done if the crew and passengers had 'awoken' and thought 'out of the box'.

Most people don't recall that there were a couple of HOURS between the iceberg hit and the actual sinking. The captain turned off the engines and just awaited his fate. Lifeboats were sent out half empty, and just sat there 'til the ship went down.

Elementary 'out of the box' thinking would have been to simply steam over to close-by ships overnighting a few miles away, and known to "Titanic." Slightly more 'out of the box' thinking would have been to find the iceberg, and temporarily transfer everyone there.

Flooding of the Number 5 boiler room was what tipped the scales on "Titanic's" buoyancy. Radical 'out of the box' thinking by some after-the-fact experts suggests that if all the passenger life vests had been gathered up and stuffed into boiler room Number 5, their combined lightweight volume would have prevented the water weight build-up that sank the ship. Wow...

Even after the lifeboats left, the crew and passengers had well over an hour to ransack the ship for anything floatable. Wood paneling, furniture, even mattresses lashed together might have sufficed. Remember, the rescue ships arrived early the next day, and the sea was calm.

I say all of the above not to tarnish the memory of the crew and passengers, but to remind myself that 'out of the box' thinking (and action) is sometimes very necessary.

When you take the above and translate it onwards (and upwards) to psychic and spiritual realms, you start to appreciate the 'potential' for recasting the future that we really have. The 'tools' at hand are enormous. The ones that the 'bad guys' truly want to distract us from 'waking up' and using...

Best Wishes,
Ray B.

"The more truth I learn, the more difficult it becomes to try to work within this system."

That is a problem for all of us: How much to try to help the unconscious folks from within the system (without compromising ourselves), and how much to simply take up a hermit's cell in the mountains. The answer is unique to each of us. "Trust your feelings, Luke..." (grin)

I do try to keep a 'question' hook up in 'god-space' as to whether what I am currently doing is the best use of my and others' life/assets. That way, I am open to any changes that may need to be made, large or small...

Best Wishes,

that said, like your scanning theme, what I do, I'll give it a name here, is sourcing. meaning that in my solitude (I am rich in this regard , at least by contemporary standards), I am very good at getting at where I got that (or whichever) from. which is another way of saying, perhaps, I am sufficiently filled up with lingos jingos by the head poncho gringos and sufficiently bored to wonder. one day I might be making the connections with biblical or, heaven bless, direct and original material. no such thing as a tabula rasa though, born with (nature) archetypes and the history of humanity all there, pattern and potential wise, just in this case, honest enough, deep enough, brazen enough, to call gold plated (nurture) as somewhat shitful, with suspicious mind, and careful not to turn on myself, not to strain too much doing a hudini, not to be grateful.
PS (thanks Paradonia for Hood Vibrations, but "Only Gold Knows" still has my nickel on the counter, I can't twist that one beyond it's titled appeal - cause ♫Nobody Does It Better♫). Gold, Bond, hmmmm!

There are several Tony's around here. Glad to see it was 'just one of those things'. I am led to believe a community will come about but I have no details. I think about it alot.

Ray B. Your comment was in the Spam folder. A lot of comments have been going there. Pierre's often do. I have to get better at checking. It is only because Sim reminds me that I have been doing it at all. I will try harder.
